Central California Hospital Medicine Group was founded by physicians who care for patients in Fresno hospitals every day. We saw how often hospital stays started with problems that could have been caught earlier, and how hard it was for patients to get timely follow-up once they went home.

Our doctors bring hospital experience to the exam room. They’re used to managing complex conditions and many medicines at once, and they know the Fresno hospitals and specialists you may need. When you leave the hospital, we make sure someone is watching your recovery.
Rooted in the Central Valley
Several of our providers grew up or trained here — at Fresno City College, Fresno State, Fresno Pacific and UCSF Fresno — and our team speaks English, Armenian and Farsi. We’re proud to care for patients from Fresno, Clovis, Madera and towns across the valley.
